Lauren Kania

Lauren Kania has an extensive work experience spanning across various companies and roles. Lauren started their career in 2007 as an Outside Sales Representative at Mikai Technologies before joining the Atlanta Hawks in 2008. At the Atlanta Hawks, they held multiple roles including Front Desk Receptionist and Legal Assistant, Coordinator for Game Operations and Creative Services, Manager for Creative and Entertainment, and Senior Manager for Celebrity Talent Relations and Entertainment. In 2017, Lauren moved to Brand Innovators where they initially assumed the position of Director of Marketing before being promoted to Senior Director for Accounts and Content. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President for Client Success and Event Operations at Brand Innovators, a role they started in February 2020.

Lauren Kania attended the University of West Georgia from 2002 to 2007, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Mass Communications. In addition to their academic qualifications, they obtained a certification in Project Management - Basics for Success from the American Management Association in July 2015.
