Connor Nolan

Connor Nolan is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in leasing and property management. Currently serving as Senior Director of Leasing at Brand Street Properties since July 2025, Connor is responsible for driving leasing performance and enhancing asset value through tenant partnerships and lease negotiations. Prior roles include Director of Leasing at WS Development and Senior Leasing Manager at Seritage Growth Properties, with earlier positions focused on commercial real estate sales and leasing at Saugatuck Commercial Real Estate LLC and WFL Real Estate. Connor began a career in real estate as a Leasing and Sales Associate at Coldwell Banker Commercial. Connor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship from Western Connecticut State University.
