Luiza Florence

Luiza Florence is an accomplished reporter, producer, and host with extensive experience across various media platforms. Currently serving as a reporter for the World Surf League since March 2022, Luiza has also held significant roles such as the red carpet official host for the Hollywood Brazilian Film Festival since 2009, and as a reporter and producer for Globo Television International since June 2011. Luiza is the on-air host for BYU Broadcasting's Emmy-winning variety show Conexão and hosts the Portuguese-speaking segment for Brand USA's travel program. As an international correspondent, Luiza contributes to Editora Abril's CAPRICHO magazine and has worked with numerous other networks including Ultimate Fighting Championship and FJ Productions. Luiza's educational background includes degrees in Broadcasting Journalism from UCLA and Journalism from Faculdade de Comunicação Social Casper Libero.
