Maya Hua

Maya Hua is a seasoned professional in the tourism and hospitality industry with extensive experience in partner engagement and guest relations. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Partner Engagement at Brand USA since April 2022, Maya has previously held key positions, including Tourism Senior Manager at Mall of America from May 2017 to April 2022, and Tourism Manager at the Los Angeles Tourism & Convention Board from April 2016 to June 2017. Maya's earlier roles include Operations Manager at Convention Management Resources, Guest Relations Manager at Amca - Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises & Azamara Club Cruises, and Director of Guest Service at Highgate Hotels. Maya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has pursued additional education at Alliance Francaise from 2008 to 2020.
