Jørn Lyseggen

Jorn Lyseggen joined Brandbasasdor as one of the founding investors in 2016 and sits on the board of directors. He has unique experience in software as a service companies and effective sales organisations.

Lyseggen is the Founder & executive chairman of Meltwater, which he has grown from its humble beginnings with 2 guys and a coffee machine into a global leader in media intelligence, with over 1,700 employees in 55 offices across 6 continents, and more than 28,000 clients worldwide today.

Lyseggen is also the founder of MEST, a Pan-African training program, seed fund and incubator for African entrepreneurs.

He has a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering and a Masters degree in electrical engineering with a focus on artificial intelligence and signal processing.
