Kiira (Esposito) Belonzi has extensive experience in business development and operations. Kiira has held leadership positions with Branded Group as Vice President of Business Development, where they focused on cultivating relationships with customers and enhancing the company's brand awareness. Kiira also served as the Vice President of Operations at Branded Group, overseeing daily operations and helping to grow the company from a small team to 22 employees. Prior to Branded Group, Kiira worked as a Business Development Manager at FrontStreet Facility Solutions, Inc, where they fostered partnerships with nationwide retailers, restaurants, banks, and commercial property management companies. Kiira gained foundational experience in facility management as an Assistant in the Property Management Department at Philips International Holding Corp. Additionally, they played a pivotal role in launching First Service Maintenance Group as the VP of Operations, achieving $1M in revenue and managing a team of four employees.
