Carol Miciano

Carol Miciano is a Project Assistant at Branded Innovation. Carol has been with the company since December 2011 and has been a vital part of their team. Carol provides support and creates balance in the time and scope of executing projects under the direct supervision of the project directors.

Some of Carol’s major duties include email management, social media management, blog management, database management, file management, project documentation, clarification and presentation to management, creating project presentations and proposals, as well as other tasks related to SEO and other administrative duties.

Prior to joining Branded Innovation, Carol was a Virtual Assistant and team member at Conditioning Specialists from December 2011 to April 2016. There they did clerical work and dealt with correspondence and provided personal administrative support for the business owner and other company members. Carol also created reports and documents, arranged and directed business meetings, conferences, and other business-related online activities. Carol utilized calendars, read and understood received emails, and replied to them. Furthermore, Carol organized the files of the office in a proper manner using different online platforms, arranged work procedures, researched and collected information, and maintained databases. Lastly, Carol provided solutions to inquiries by communicating via email, built good relations with internal and external contacts, managed three fitness websites, and performed SEO related tasks.

Thanks to their previous experiences, Carol has been an excellent addition to Branded Innovation where they continue to provide top-notch support that helps contribute to the success of the company.

Carol Miciano has a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from System Technology Institute (San Pablo City). Carol also has certifications from Lynda.com in Customizing WordPress Themes: Hume and Efficient Web Design Workflow, and from DigitalMarketer in Social Media and Community Manager.
