Nejla Techini Hannachi

Nejla Techini Hannachi has a diverse and extensive work experience in the finance and accounting field. Nejla is currently working as the VP Global Controller at BRANDED, a global platform that invests in consumer products and marketplace brands. Prior to this, they held the role of Independent Consultant at Protiviti.

Nejla's previous positions include Head of Financial Reporting & Compliance at TerraForm Power, where they oversaw SEC filings and advised on complex transactions. Nejla also served as an Independent Advisor at Time Inc. and held various roles at Cushman & Wakefield, including Managing Director of Global Accounting Policy & Technical Accounting.

Earlier in their career, Nejla gained valuable experience at KPMG US and KPMG France, working in transaction services and as an audit manager, respectively.

Throughout their career, Nejla has demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, compliance, accounting policy, and technical accounting. Nejla has successfully contributed to the growth and success of the organizations they have worked for.

Nejla Techini Hannachi has completed an Executive Education program in Leadership at Harvard Business School. Nejla also holds a Master's degree in Finance from Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business Management from Institut des Hautes Etudes Commerciales de Carthage. Nejla has a Baccalaureate degree in Mathematics from Lycée Carthage Presidence and Lycée Pilote Bourguiba. In May 2021, they obtained a certification titled "Ascending the Peak: Finding the leader within" from Harvard Business School.
