Jessica Zvyak, MHRM, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and quality management, currently serving as Human Resource / Quality Manager at Brandenburg Industrial Service Company since November 1997, where responsibilities include overseeing HR functions for over 800 employees and managing the ISO 9001:2015 quality program. Previous roles at the same company include Quality Manager and Equipment and Fabrication Expeditor, with notable contributions such as payroll processing for union mechanics. Additionally, Jessica has been a Guest Lecturer at Purdue University Northwest since November 2009, teaching courses in construction management and business. Jessica holds a Master of Human Resource Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems with a focus on Total Quality Management from Purdue University Northwest.
