Jessica Zvyak, MHRM, PHR, has extensive experience in human resources and quality management, currently serving as Human Resource / Quality Manager at Brandenburg Industrial Service Company since November 1997, where responsibilities include overseeing HR functions for over 800 employees and managing the ISO 9001:2015 quality program.
