Thomas Quinlan has extensive work experience in the investment and financial sector. Thomas started their career as an Attorney at Franklin Templeton Investments in November 1996 and worked there until January 1999. Thomas then joined U.S. Global Investors as Counsel in April 1999 and left in July 2000. In July 2000, Thomas joined Brandes Investment Partners as the Associate General Counsel and Director of Mutual Funds, where they have been working since then.
Thomas Quinlan earned a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from the University of San Diego School of Law between 1993 and 1996. Prior to that, they received a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History and French from UCLA, completing their undergraduate studies from 1989 to 1993.
