Hayley Crudgington

Hayley Crudgington has had a varied career in customer success and marketing. In 2022, they began working at Brandfolder by Smartsheet as a Customer Success Manager. From 2019 to 2022, they worked at Outfit.io (acquired by Smartsheet) as a Team Lead Customer Success, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Customer Success Manager. In 2019, they also worked at The Bracken Ridge Tavern as a Marketing Manager. From 2015 to 2019, they worked at Neto eCommerce as a Marketing Coordinator and Accounts Management, where they were responsible for managing social media pages, responding to and engaging with customers/prospects, and keeping up to date with best practice around social media.

Hayley Crudgington attended the Southern Cross Catholic School from 2005 to 2010, where they earned their Grade 12 Certificate. Hayley then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the Australian Catholic University from 2012 to 2015.
