Kaitlyn Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Kaitlyn is currently working as a Senior Content Strategist at Brandfolder by Smartsheet since September 2022. Kaitlyn began their career at Tanda as a Customer Success Consultant from July 2016 to July 2017, assisting businesses with workforce management practices and improving the customer experience.
Kaitlyn also has experience as a Client Success Manager at Social.iQ from July 2014 to July 2016, where they were responsible for ensuring the effective utilization of social media by brands, franchisees, and agencies. Kaitlyn started their career as a Communications Intern at Queensland Government from March 2014 to May 2014, where they managed stakeholder and community engagement for construction projects and provided strategic advice. Prior to that, Kaitlyn worked as a Marketing Coordinator at Xenia Boutique from February 2013 to March 2014, and as a 3IC at Crazy Clark's from March 2009 to February 2013.
Kaitlyn Anderson completed their education at two institutions. From 2006 to 2010, they attended St Rita's College - Clayfield, but their degree and field of study during this time are unknown. Later, from 2011 to 2014, Kaitlyn attended QUT (Queensland University of Technology), where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business and Media Communication, with a focus on Marketing. In December 2014, they obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing (with Distinction) and a Bachelor of Media and Communication degree (with Distinction) from QUT.
