Mafalda Viana

Mafalda Viana has over 10 years of work experience in the hospitality industry. Mafalda began their career in 2007 as a Reservations Assistant at Pine Cliffs Resort. In 2008, they moved to VILA VITA Parc Resort & Spa as a Sales Assistant and then to Ocean Racing Technology in 2009 as an Administrative Assistant. In 2012, they joined Careways Management Services as a Front Desk Receptionist. In 2013, they joined NAU Hotels & Resorts, where they held two roles, Groups & Events Coordinator Assistant and Front Office Supervisor. In 2016, they moved to Cascade Wellness & Lifestyle Resort as a Groups, Events & Reservations Manager. Finally, in 2019, they joined Salpijardim as an Office Manager and is currently working at BrandHero as an Office Manager.

Mafalda Viana's education history includes a degree in Ecommerce e Canais Online da Distribuição Hoteleira from Hotel Distribution Management in 2013, a degree in Gestão Hoteleira from Universidade do Algarve from 2005 to 2008, and a degree in Gestão Sistemas Informação from IPS - Escola Superior de Ciências Empresariais from 2002 to 2005.
