Leticia Pineda

Leticia Pineda, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and operations management, currently serving as Office Manager, HR Representative, and Admin Supervisor for Jesus Film Project since August 2020. Previously, Leticia held the position of Director of Operations and Human Resources at Coast Hills Church from September 1997 to December 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions, compliance with regulations, employee relations, and facilities management. Leticia also served as Human Resources Director at Family HealthCare Network from June 1986 to April 1997, successfully implementing HR programs and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Leticia earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a specialization in Human Resource Management from Capella University between 2010 and 2016.
