Micah Grigonis

Micah Grigonis is an accomplished software engineering leader with extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams across various technology companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Brandlive since June 2024, Micah focuses on delivering innovative features for a leading video platform. Previously, Micah held significant roles, including Software Engineering Manager at TeamSnap, where the management of a sprint team led to revenue-generating mobile app features, and Director of Software Engineering at CrowdStreet, where leadership expanded the engineering team from 8 to over 30 members while promoting diversity and inclusion. Earlier positions at New Relic, Cvent, onOne Software, Extensis, Microsoft, and Symantec involved overseeing various engineering projects, developing technical roadmaps, and leading product initiatives. Micah holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Puget Sound and has completed graduate-level coursework in the same field at Stanford University.
