Gustavo Basilio Silva has a diverse work experience in various industries. Gustavo began their career in 2012 as an intern at Raízen, where they worked in the aviation section and led a project for developing maintenance strategic planning for aircraft refueling trucks. From 2014 to 2014, they worked as an Engineering Representative at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, managing technical assistance KPIs, authorizing interventions, and representing the automaker's engineering to consumers. Gustavo then joined Lojas Americanas S.A. as a Financial Analyst in 2016.
In 2017, Gustavo transitioned to FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as an After Sales Consultant, where they were responsible for executing the growth strategy with Fiat and Jeep dealerships in the Southeast region. Gustavo also developed and implemented marketing and CRM strategies for generating and converting leads. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Business Development Manager at FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, leading a team and driving market analysis, competitor mapping, customer prospecting, and parts sell-out.
In 2020, Gustavo co-founded Alado Energy, a sustainability services company focused on solar panel installation and distributed generation. Gustavo successfully reached break-even and achieved a significant billing in solar energy projects. In 2021, they became the Co-founder & CEO of Alado Energy.
In 2022, Gustavo joined isaac, a SaaS tech company offering financial solutions for schools. As the Customer Success Strategy & Operations Senior Manager, they created CS KPIs and playbooks, implemented quality assurance routines, and developed a predictive model for defining client operation health. Gustavo also established an automated model for allocating new customers and led the feedback cycle with customers through NPS.
Currently, Gustavo works at BrandLovrs as the Head of Operations, responsible for structuring the Operations and Customer Success areas. BrandLovrs empowers creators to earn money from multiple partners through a digital wallet, and Gustavo plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the operations and customer success functions.
