Rafaela Fracalossi

Rafaela Fracalossi has held a variety of professional roles since 2012. From 2012 to 2014, they were an Assistant Administrator at Reninter Ltda - Assessoria em Comércio Exterior. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Bolsista at CNPq. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Tesoureiro at SPE UFES Student Chapter. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Consultora de Projetos at ENERGY Junior and an Estagiário de Verão at JC Serviços. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Consultor Júnior and Estagiário at Alta Média Consultoria and, most recently, they have served as the Head de Operações at MANDA PRO FINANCEIRO. In this role, they are responsible for supervising and executing operations, developing and improving products, and planning and tracking goals by OKRs.

Rafaela Fracalossi attended the Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo from 2013 to 2017, where they earned a degree in Engenharia de Petróleo. In 2018, they attended WIS Educação to obtain a Lean: Pensamento Enxuto certification in Gestão de Projetos.
