Ty Hampel

Ty Hampel is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engagement strategies, currently serving as Sr. Manager of Engagement Strategies at both Brandmovers and Rewardian since June 2018. At Brandmovers, Ty specializes in developing programs focused on distributor, channel, and sales incentives for B2B and B2C clients, while also addressing marketing automation and sales enablement. At Rewardian, Ty leads initiatives to standardize employee recognition and rewards, promoting increased engagement and retention. Prior to these roles, Ty held positions as District Manager and Associate District Manager at ADP, and gained early experience as a Caddie at Cherokee Town and Country Club, as well as an intern at journeyPod. Ty holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Berry College, completed in 2016, and is a graduate of Whitefield Academy.
