Harvey Cheng

Harvey Cheng is an experienced software engineering manager with a robust background in developing data-driven solutions and leading technical teams. Currently serving as the Software Engineering Manager for Product at BrandMuscle since August 2021, Harvey is responsible for the technical roadmap and innovative development of SpotMenus. Previously, at Capital One, Harvey held roles from Associate Software Engineer to Principal Software Engineer, leading infrastructure and data migration projects, as well as designing and implementing enterprise-level machine learning solutions using AWS services. Early career experience includes internships at GE Healthcare, where Harvey contributed to hospital management software projects. Harvey holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland, completed in 2015.
