Norman Cooper

Norman Cooper is an experienced professional in land acquisition and real estate. Currently serving as the Land Acquisition Manager for DRB Group in Charleston, SC since July 2023, Norman is responsible for locating and securing land for residential development, overseeing contracts, entitlements, and land planning in the Charleston and Bluffton areas. As a Licensed Real Estate Agent with BrandName Real Estate since January 2016, Norman manages a pipeline of $22M in ratified land contracts nearing closing. Previously, from August 2020 to September 2022, Norman held the position of Land Acquisition Manager at Stanley Martin Homes. Norman earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Carolina between 1979 and 1981, and completed high school at Porter-Gaud School, graduating in 1976.
