Previously, Emma held the position of Global Product Strategy & Innovation Manager for No7 Skincare at No7 Beauty Company, where key responsibilities included defining strategic approaches for product and innovation. Experience also includes a role as a Global Brand & Innovation Consultant at Walgreens Boots Alliance, focusing on healthcare innovation and overseeing multiple wellness categories as Brand Manager. Emma began the career with a comprehensive graduate scheme at Walgreens Boots Alliance and completed an industrial placement in European Brand Marketing with Avon. Academic credentials include a BSc in International Business from Loughborough University and a negotiation degree from The Gap Partnership.
