Geraldine DESCHEEMAEKER has held a variety of roles in the retail and e-commerce industry since 1999. Geraldine began their career as a Product Manager Assistant at Auchan in 1999, followed by a role as a Buyer at LA FOIR'FOUILLE in 2000. In 2005, they became a Product Manager at Damart, and in 2008 they earned Interior Design diplomas from Design Training. In 2010, they co-created and became CEO of Aestus Concept, launching internet sites such as E-shops and institutional sites. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Category Manager at VERTBAUDET, and from 2015 to 2019 they were a Global Account Manager at SML Group Limited. In 2019, they became Sales Director for France and Northern Europe at BSN (Baoshen), and from 2020 to 2022 they were Co-leader of Graines de Moutarde | Talents en transition. Geraldine is currently the Head of Customer Success at Brandquad, where they manage and develops existing clients and coordinates complexity between HQ and branch offices.
Geraldine DESCHEEMAEKER holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Management from Institut Supérieur de Commerce International de Dunkerque - Côte d'Opale, which they obtained between 1996 and 1999. During this same period, they also studied at the University of Macau. From 1993 to 1996, they studied European Sales at IPRA. In 2010, they obtained a Rhodec certification from the International School of Design in Moscow.
