Brenton Jones has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Brenton currently serves as the Vice President of HR Technology & Operations at BrandSafway, where they have designed and implemented a global HR technology system and established a 3-tier HR Technology & Operations team. Prior to this, Brenton worked as the Senior Director of HR Operations at BrandSafway, where they played a key role in implementing Workday HCM across 31 countries and building a foundation for enterprise people management technology.

Before joining BrandSafway, Brenton held the position of Director of HR Service Delivery & Operations at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. In this role, they implemented the first enterprise-wide HR Shared Services function and led the HR consolidation and transformation during the merger of Keurig Green Mountain and Dr Pepper Snapple Group. Brenton also designed and implemented a new HR Service Delivery model for the combined enterprise.

Brenton also has experience working at HD Supply, where they served as a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition Technology & Operations and as an HR PMO Lead & Manager. In these roles, they led various projects and initiatives related to recruitment operations, technology strategy, and process improvement.

Additionally, Brenton has worked at United Technologies as an IT Project Manager, Senior Systems Administrator, and Network Technician/Help Desk Lead. In these roles, they oversaw IT projects, implemented project management processes, and improved project throughput and stakeholder satisfaction.

Brenton Jones has a diverse educational background. Brenton completed a Project Management - Professional Education Program from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Furthermore, they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management from Kennesaw State University.
