Elad Falckovitch

Elad Falckovitch has over 13 years of work experience in software engineering, R&D, and executive roles. From 2006-2008, they were a Software Engineer at YonaPMS International Ltd., where they developed a Pavement Management System solution utilizing GIS video stream. From 2008-2014, they were a Video Analytics Software Engineer & Mentor at Verint-Systems, where they developed a Video Business Intelligence solution for retail and banking environments. From 2014-2017, they were Co-Founder & CEO of Merchico, where they managed the company's R&D team and operations, and was responsible for R&D strategy, methodologies, and execution. Since 2017, they have been VP R&D at BrandShield - Online Brand Protection System, a rapidly growing, publicly traded SaaS company. In this role, they are responsible for R&D strategy, methodologies and execution in a fast-paced environment, managing the inbound and offshore R&D teams, and managing architecture design, development, quality and delivery. Elad is also responsible for R&D budgets and costs optimization, managing the technical support team, and pushing for automated CI/CD. Elad has hands-on experience with C#, React, . Net Core, ASP. Net, Python, Java, AWS, ELK, MongoDB, MSSQL, Linux, ML, NLP, RabbitMQ, and Terraform.

Elad Falckovitch received their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Software Engineering from Technion - Israel Institute of Technology between 2004 and 2008. Elad then went on to receive their MBA in Strategy & Entrepreneurship from Tel Aviv University between 2011 and 2013.
