Bertrand Cesar

Bertrand Cesar is currently serving as the VP of R&D, APAC at McCormick & Company since January 2023. Prior to this, Bertrand held various roles at Givaudan and Nestlé, where Bertrand gained extensive experience in managing research and development, innovation, and manufacturing in the food industry. With a background in physical chemistry of polymers and experience as a research scientist, Bertrand has a strong foundation in scientific research and a track record of leadership in developing successful R&D strategies.
