Gelson Rivera

Gelson Rivera has extensive experience as a Director of Operations in the call center industry. Gelson most recently held this position at BrandStar since 2020, where they were responsible for overseeing the daily operations and activities of the contact center. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2020, Gelson served as the Director of Operations at Call Center Solutions Inc, where they focused on ensuring smooth operations and high-quality customer service in a healthcare-oriented call center.

Gelson Rivera attended West Boca Raton High School from 2008 to 2010, where they obtained their High School Diploma.
