Joseph Aranda

Joseph Aranda currently serves as a Land Acquisition Associate at Brandywine Homes, a position held since January 2024, after previously working as a Land Acquisition Intern. Prior to this role, Joseph held leadership positions as President and Vice President of the Real Estate Association at California State University, Fullerton, and served as Student Outreach Chair for the Greater Southern California CCIM Chapter. Additional experience includes a Real Estate Development Internship at Circle K and a role as a Commercial Real Estate Broker at Ashwill Associates. Joseph Aranda is pursuing a Master of Science in Real Estate at Chapman University, following a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance with a focus on Real Estate from California State University, Fullerton.
