Mario Urzua

Mario Urzua has extensive experience in financial leadership, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Brandywine Homes since August 2020. Prior to this role, Mario held the position of Chief Financial Officer at The Picerne Group for a brief period in 2020 and at The Olson Company from July 2004 to April 2020. Mario's earlier experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer at GreenPark Group and as Assistant Controller at Colony Capital. Mario began the career in finance as a Senior Associate at Coopers & Lybrand. Mario Urzua holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from USC Marshall School of Business, obtained from 2009 to 2011, and a bachelor's degree from UCLA, which was completed in 1993.
