Kristen Shanabarger

Kristen Shanabarger is an experienced property manager currently serving at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia since June 2015, and at Brandywine Realty Trust since 2004. In the role of Property Manager for Brandywine Realty Trust, Kristen collaborates closely with leasing, construction, and accounting teams on various construction, tenant, and building-related activities, while also preparing budgets and managing accounts payable and receivable. Previously, as Operations and Integration Project Manager, Kristen successfully led the integration of two organizations across six departments, overseeing new policies, procedures, and applications. Earlier experience includes working as a Property/Project Manager at The Rubenstein Company, where Kristen supported the operations of 13 commercial office buildings across multiple states, focusing on indoor air quality and energy management initiatives.
