Foram Gautam has a strong background in continuous improvement and has held various roles in this field throughout their career. Foram recently worked as the Director of Continuous Improvement at Brannon Steel, where they are responsible for implementing strategies to improve performance in various areas. Prior to this, Foram was the Continuous Improvement Manager at Screenco Manufacturing Ltd., where they successfully implemented and supported continuous improvement strategies using Lean Manufacturing methods. Foram also worked as a Continuous Improvement Manager at Tempur Sealy International, where they utilized Dynamics AX to optimize processes and improve efficiency. In addition, Foram gained experience as a Continuous Improvement Specialist at Magna International-Intier Automotive Inc., where they led cost reduction activities and conducted Lean and Cycle Time Reduction activities. Foram started their career as a Quality Control Technician at Royal Plastics, Inc., where they monitored production and implemented improvements in productivity and quality.

Foram Gautam obtained a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering from the Faculty of Tech. & Engg. - M.S. University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2006, they became a Six Sigma Green Belt (CSSGB) certified by the Management and Strategy Institute and also obtained the Red X - Journeyman Specialist certification from General Motors. Foram further enhanced their qualifications in 2017 by becoming a Project Management - Lean Process Certified and a Certified Management Executive (CME) from the Management and Strategy Institute. Additionally, in November 2017, Foram Gautam obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
