Erwin van Hout

Erwin Van Hout possesses extensive experience in digital health and technology transformation, currently serving as the Vice President of Digital Health and Chief Information Officer at Brant Community Healthcare System. Previously, Erwin held key positions at The Hospital for Sick Children as Chief of Technology Transformation and Chief Technology Officer, and at International Financial Data Services Canada (IFDS) as Vice President of Production Services. Further experience includes serving as IT Director for Applications and Clinical Informatics at Trillium Health Partners and IT Director of Information Systems & Telecommunication at Humber River Regional Hospital. Erwin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Sciences and Business Management from University College Limburg, completed between June 1980 and September 1983.
