Joshua Weiss began their work experience in 2015 as a Family Medicine Resident at McMaster University, where they completed their residency in 2017. Joshua then worked as a Hospitalist at Brantford General Hospital starting in 2017. In 2018, they took on the role of Assistant Clinical Professor (Adjunct) at McMaster University. Currently, they serve as the Chief and Medical Director of the Department of Hospital Based Medicine at Brant Community Healthcare System since 2022.
Joshua Weiss completed a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from McGill University in 2008. Joshua then earned their Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the University of Manitoba between 2010 and 2015. Following that, they pursued a Family Medicine Residency Program at McMaster University from 2015 to 2017. Most recently, Joshua obtained their Master's of Behavioral and Decision Sciences in the field of Behavioral Sciences from the University of Pennsylvania in 2022.
