Lance Pritchard

Lance Pritchard has extensive experience in human resources and environmental health and safety, holding significant positions at multiple organizations. From 2007 to the present, Lance Pritchard has worked at Brant Instore (formerly Brant Screen Craft) in various roles, including HR/EHS Manager and part-time HR & Environmental Health & Safety, where policy development and employee training were key responsibilities. Since February 2012, Lance Pritchard has also served as a franchisee at M&M Meat Shops, managing accounting and business planning. Prior experience includes positions at ITT Industries and Collins and Aikman, where Lance Pritchard completed HR and EHS functions and was involved in various quality improvement initiatives. Additionally, Lance Pritchard contributed as a former director and member of the Caledonia Chamber of Commerce and acquired education from McMaster University between 1979 and 1982.
