Sofia Esteves

Sofia Esteves is the founder of Cia de Talentos, a position held since January 1988, and co-founder of Bettha.com since April 2017. Esteves serves as President and a board member of Instituto Ser + since September 2014, and as a board member at BTG Pactual since January 2021. Additional roles include membership on the Strategic People Management Committee at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, as well as board positions at Inteli - Instituto de Tecnologia e Liderança, Fundação Raízen, and BRASA - Brazilian Student Association. Esteves is also involved with Jovens do Brasil and Gerando Falcões in advisory capacities. Educational credentials include a degree in Psychology from FIAM-FAAM, obtained between 1981 and 1985.
