Sofia Santos de Oliveira

Sofia Santos de Oliveira is currently a Research Assistant at the Harvard Radcliffe Institute, collaborating on a project examining class and race in Brazil. Holding multiple leadership roles, including Portuguese Committees Director for the Harvard Association Cultivating Inter-American Democracy and Co-President of the Harvard Undergraduate Brazilian Association, Sofia demonstrates strong engagement in community and cultural initiatives. Experience at the David Rockefeller Center for Latin America and various strategic roles within student organizations reflect a solid commitment to public service and policy research. Sofia has also interned as an Educational Policy Analyst with Agastya International Foundation and served as Policy Research Chair for the Harvard Undergraduate Foreign Policy Initiative, contributing to significant reports on humanitarian aid reform and youth unemployment. Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Government and Economics at Harvard University, Sofia combines academic excellence with extensive extracurricular involvement.
