Jess Himmel

Jess Himmel currently serves as Senior Vice President of Acquisitions & Asset Management at Brasa Capital Management since June 2023, previously holding the title of Vice President in the same areas. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Acquisitions & Originations at PCCP, LLC from August 2019 to April 2023, and a position in Real Estate Investment at Norges Bank Investment Management from January 2018 to August 2019. Additional experience encompasses roles such as Summer Investment Associate at PGIM Real Estate, Consultant at Ogilvy & Mather, Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, and Summer Intern at Deloitte. Jess Himmel holds an M.B.A. with concentrations in Real Estate and Finance from The Wharton School and a B.Com. in Commerce with Honors in Economics from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management.
