Emily currently serves as the Director of Compensation & Benefits at Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC, overseeing strategic direction and execution of human capital initiatives. Prior to this, Emily held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Tanner Health System where Emily provided system-wide leadership in HR, Benefits, Learning & Development, and Employee Assistance Program departments. With a background in operations management and teaching experience in Human Resource Management, Emily is a versatile and skilled individual in the field of HR.
