Hailey Lann

Hailey Lann, APTD, is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as a Senior Learning & Development Partner at Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC since March 2016. In this role, Hailey facilitates a range of professional development sessions and implements critical programs such as the Franklin Covey All-Access Pass. With certification as a facilitator for essential productivity and project management courses, Hailey collaborates with department heads to enhance employee development and leads the Foundations of Field Management program. Prior experience includes roles at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Alabama, Simon Property Group, and the University of Alabama, along with internships at notable institutions like The White House and the United States Senate. Hailey holds a Master’s degree in Human Environmental Sciences with a focus on Conflict Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from The University of Alabama.
