Renato Dias

Renato Dias is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in institutional relations, ethics in advertising, and leadership development. Currently serving as the Diretor de Relações Institucionais and Head de Relações Institucionais at Brasil Paralelo since May 2021, Renato also holds a position as Conselheiro at CONAR, contributing to the Council of Ethics. Previous roles include Diretor Executivo at Ranking dos Políticos and significant management achievements at Fazendas Jaraguá and Porto Seguro, where debt recovery and cost reductions were notable accomplishments. Renato’s entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding Dioxsan Especialidades Químicas EIRELI-ME. An early career in finance involved positions at Itaú Unibanco and Michael Page, alongside formative roles at Rede Globo. Renato holds a degree in Business Administration from FGV and a diploma in International Trade from Holmes Institute.
