Karina Keller Borges is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, selection, training, and HR strategy implementation across various organizations. Currently serving as the Coordenadora de Recursos Humanos at Brasil Terminal Portuário since April 2018, Karina leads the development of HR processes, oversees talent management systems, and supports management in decision-making related to organizational structure and personnel allocation.
