Lorena Sousa

Lorena Sousa is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in corporate education and people development. Currently serving as the Coordenadora de Recursos Humanos at Solar Coca-Cola since August 2020, Lorena specializes in managing training and development teams. Prior to this role, Lorena held the position of Coordenador de RH at Grupo Edson Queiroz from August 2015 to August 2020, focusing on HR management practices, recruitment, performance management, and employee training. Earlier experience includes serving as a Consultor Interno RH at Ibyte and an Analista de DH, where Lorena contributed to recruitment, employee evaluation, and strategic planning across various business areas.
