Christian Fwana has extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as Chef CD opérationnel at BRASIMBA since October 2012. In addition to this role, Christian has worked as a manager at a self-owned business and previously held the position of chef de shift at BRASIMBA. Christian holds a degree in marketing and management from ISES, combining culinary expertise with robust managerial skills.
