Carlos Henrique Schulz

Carlos Henrique Schulz has extensive experience in turnaround management and maintenance engineering, currently serving as the US Turnarounds Manager at Braskem since July 2007, where responsibilities include defining and implementing turnaround strategies and managing safety practices across industrial sites. Previous roles at Braskem include Turnaround & New Maintenance Technologies Specialist Engineer, where Carlos assessed and standardized global practices, and Maintenance Engineer focusing on new technologies and competitiveness. Prior to joining Braskem, Carlos worked as an Inspection Engineer and Maintenance Engineer at Copesul. Carlos holds a degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and has international academic experience from the University of Arizona.
