Conway Yee has a comprehensive work experience in various roles within the chemical and energy industry. Beginning with their early career at SUNOCO, they worked as an Engineering Associates Rotational Engineer, gaining experience in project management and production audits. Conway then progressed to roles as a Technical Services Engineer, Operations Technical Specialist, Senior Technical Services Specialist, and Lead Technical Services Engineer, responsible for technical oversight, development of technical services engineers, and managing unionized operations staff. As their career advanced, Conway joined Braskem America, where they held positions such as Splitter Integration Project Manager / Production Superintendent, Operations Manager, Plant Manager, Industrial Operations Director, and currently serves as the Director of US Capital Investment and Health, Environment & Safety. At Baker Hughes, they briefly held the role of Business Development Manager. Conway's work experience demonstrates their expertise in operations management, technical optimization, leadership, and project management, as well as their commitment to safety, environmental, and production performance.
Conway Yee obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering from Cornell University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Later, they pursued an Executive MBA at Villanova University from 2007 to 2009.
