Joyce Maria Santos Tosta has extensive experience in payroll, benefits analysis, and consulting within various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Payroll and Benefits Analyst at Braskem since September 2014, Joyce has previously held roles as Consultora Trabalhista e Previdenciária at Performance Soluções Empresariais Sob Medida and as Analista Fiscal e Controladoria at Tivoli Hotels & Resorts. Joyce began a career in accounting as an Auxiliar Setor Fiscal at DMF Serviços Ltda after starting as an intern, gaining exposure to personnel, fiscal, and accounting sectors.
