Luciano André Farina

Luciano André Farina is an experienced Automation Subject Matter Expert at Braskem since May 2011, focusing on process control applications and functional safety in the Polymers and Chemicals industrial program. Alongside this role, Luciano serves as a freelance professor, developing educational content for chemical engineering. Previous experience includes a 15-year tenure as a university professor at Feevale, leading various engineering courses and supervising final projects. Additionally, Luciano co-founded TriSolutions, providing process control and safety support to clients in the oil and petrochemical sectors. Luciano's academic background includes a Master of Science in Process Control and specializations in Petrochemical Process Engineering and Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul. Activism also includes volunteer leadership at the Instituto do Câncer Infantil RS.
