Flávio Caparroz de Oliveira

Flávio Caparroz de Oliveira has a diverse work experience in the technology and innovation industry. Flávio started their career at Audatex Brasil as a Senior Analyst in 2005, where they worked for two years. Flávio then joined Audatex, a Solera company, as a Project Coordinator from 2007 to 2011. At Porto Seguro, they served as an IT Systems Development Coordinator from 2011 to 2018. Currently, they are working at Brasoftware as an Account Technology Strategist (ATS), where they act as a technology and innovation consultant for enterprise accounts. Flávio is responsible for building relationships with decision-makers and advising clients on their strategies, ensuring customer success and adoption. Flávio also provides technical leadership and coordination to solution and consultancy teams.

Flávio Caparroz de Oliveira completed their education at two institutions. From 1998 to 2001, they studied at Anhanguera Educacional, where they obtained a degree in Production Engineering. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they attended FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and earned a degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus in General Studies.

In addition to their formal education, Flávio has also obtained several certifications. In November 2021, they completed the Microsoft DA-100 Como analisar dados com o Power BI certification offered by Microsoft. In November 2019, they achieved the Certificação Azure AZ-900, also through Microsoft. Lastly, in March 2019, they obtained the Certificação Suse certification provided by SUSE.
