Ilza Sande

Ilza Sande is a seasoned professional with over 15 years of experience in business management and strategy. They have held key positions at prominent organizations, including serving as a Senior Operations Manager at BRQ Digital Solutions from 2008 to 2020, where they led financial and business development initiatives. Following that, Ilza was the Market Strategy and Finance Director at Jobecam from 2021 to 2022, before working as a Strategy Specialist at Conta Azul until 2024. Currently, Ilza is the Regional Manager for the North and Northeast at Brasoftware, where they lead a geographically distributed team to drive innovation in public and private sector companies.
