Matheus Mendes

Matheus Mendes currently serves as Coordinator of Performance at Brasol since March 2025, having previously held the same position at Auren Energia from July 2022 to March 2025, where roles also included Specialist in Reliability and Performance and Senior Reliability Engineer. Prior experience includes an Analyst position at Tate & Lyle from June 2019 to July 2020 and Maintenance Programmer II at Paraibuna Embalagens from May 2014 to May 2019, alongside a technical internship in Electrical Maintenance. Matheus holds two postgraduate degrees, with a specialization in Renewable Energy Engineering from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (August 2023 - August 2024) and a specialization in Reliability Engineering and Asset Management from PUC Minas (May 2021 - May 2022).
