Kent Hudson

Game Director at Brass Lion Entertainment

Kent Hudson has extensive experience in the gaming industry, starting with their role as a Game Designer at Ion Storm Austin from 2001 to 2004, where they worked on games such as Deus Ex: Invisible War and Thief: Deadly Shadows. Kent then worked as a Creative Director at Midway Studios Austin from 2005 to 2008, leading an 18-person design group and collaborating with renowned director Tony Scott. At 2K Marin, Inc., Kent served as a Senior Designer and later as a Lead Designer, contributing to the development of BioShock 2 and implementing an agile development process. Kent founded ORTHOGONAL GAMES, LLC in 2011, where they created the award-winning story game, The Novelist. Kent also worked at Lucas Arts Entertainment Co as a Lead Designer, helping develop an original concept set in the Star Wars universe. Kent then joined Fable Studio and Oculus VR, where they held roles as Head of Interactive and Game Designer on Wolves in the Walls, respectively. In 2018, they joined Ubisoft Toronto as a Game Director for Watch Dogs: Legion, playing a key role in refining and redefining the gameplay vision and direction. Currently, Kent is working as both the Game Director and Design Director at Brass Lion Entertainment.

Kent Hudson attended Wake Forest University from 1997 to 2001. Kent earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
